Our family has been going to Hayfield Dental and Orthodontist for over 20 years now. Dr. Brown and his staff are very nice and professional. We have always had a great experience when we go there. It was also great having the dentist office and orthodontist in one place. Both of our kids had braces there in addition to regular dental visits. We are so pleased with their service we travel up from Richmond VA. We could all get our checkups and the kids would visit the orthodontist in one visit. We could get in and out of there in under 2 hours for the four of us! The other nice thing they do is call you a day or two before your appointments to remind. When I tell the kids we have dental or orthodontist appointments I never get any complaints or flack from my kids.

I want to express my gratitude to the Hayfield Dental Office, especially Dr. Lee and his assistant.
I am fairly new to Alexandria and the first dental office I visited, I knew it wasn’t the right fit for me. Seeing an ad for new patients from Hayfield Dental, I decided to give this office a try. I knew I needed some extensive work done, that I no longer could put off, so I made an appointment. (I am scared to death of going to the dentist)!! First positive, it didn’t even take me a week to get in.
Second positive, every staff member made me feel welcome!
And then I met Dr. Lee, and he made me feel at ease. What I especially liked about him and his assistant, was that they explained everything specifically, before they did anything. I needed to go back a few times to get my work completed, but I can honestly now say, I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! Keep up the great work, and hopefully I won’t need to be seen for another six months!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!!

I came in needing a lot of work done to mouth. Dr. Lee and his staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee and his staff are caring and very patient.

I have been a patient here since I first had teeth almost 30 years ago and have always felt safe and comfortable. Growing up I always felt more comfortable at the dentist over the doctor and they are the reason why. I have moved into the city and have remained a patient of theirs. It’s worth the drive and time. Over the year’s doctors have come and gone and retired but the quality has stayed the same. Gladys the Office Manager has been there since day 1 and is a delight. There are never any surprises when it comes to insurance or copays. The front office knows the ins and outs and they openly share it with you before anything is done. The office is always clean and runs like a well-oiled machine.

We have all heard a dentist say this won't hurt. And we have all been hurt by a dentist. This ended for me when I started to go to Hayfield Dental. I've had three doctors do fillings and have not felt a bit of pain!! If you are worried about seeing a dentist this is the place to go. All of the staff is top notch!!

My family and I have been patients (more like family) of Hayfield Dental Care for over 30 years. They have provided a broad spectrum of dental services to us from bi-annual checkups and cleanings to crowns. Our children’s first exposure to the dentist was at Hayfield Dental Care and they have remained patients into their 20’s. From general dentistry to orthodontics, they have enjoyed superior care throughout.

The dentist and dental hygienist are exceptional, well trained and have a very positive attitude and great bedside manner. I always feel comfortable with the quality of care and never feel like they are recommending unwarranted services. The dentists and their assistants work well together to provide an efficient and well-orchestrated experience.

The office operations are similarly well run and efficient. From Gladys the Office Manager to the receptionist the office staff are pleasant and efficient. When you walk into the office, you are greeted with a warm welcome and positive attitude. Rarely do you wait very long before being called back to begin your visit. They also know the intricacies of your insurance, what services are covered and the cost of your copay. Should you ever have a question or concern, Dr. Brown, who owns the practice is available and will willingly accept your telephone call.

I have been a very satisfied patient with Hayfield Dental since 1995. I was referred by a neighbor on Fort Belvoir and continue to be a patient of Dr. Brown's. All of the doctors are awesome and take time to talk to the patients. My son started at this practice at age 3 and even though he is in California, he continues to see Dr. Brown. My son is also an athlete and once had some teeth knocked loose during a game in Richmond. When I called the emergency number, Dr. Brown met us at the office, and took care of my son's teeth. All of the employees are polite. The dental hygienists are very friendly. I have referred numerous people and will continue to do so. I will continue to be a loyal patient.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Spitzer for the repair of my implant crown today. Because of his skill and expertise, he was able to save the existing crown and correct the problem. My thanks also to the technician who assisted Dr. Spitzer for her skill and professionalism. They were a great team!
