Hayfield Dental Care

I am a seventy four year old male that has had dental care from at least six dentists over the course of my lifetime. About a week before Christmas something broke on my back tooth and the sharp edge and hole felt very uncomfortable. I sought help at Hayfield Dental Care since I live in Hayfield and it is nearby. As a walk-in I was courteously received with an appointment set up under the care of Dr. Suh. After two visits and one crown my tooth problem was corrected and I am a 'happy camper'. Dr. Suh's diagnosis and deft use of the dental tools not only put my tooth at ease but it also put my mind at ease. Working in tandem with her assistant (Gabby), Dr. Suh displayed a confidence that provided me with an expedient cure. All this and over the Holiday season!

In my seasoned opinion, Dr. Suh and her assistant are fine assets to the Hayfield Dental Care practice.

This office lacks customer service. I should have read the reviews beefore trusting this office, the dentist seem great and have been able to get me seen quickly but I understnad why now. The billing practices are dishonest. They bill for services not recieved and are horrible at contacting you unless its for booking appoitments. They only attempted once to contact me via phone in July several months after my appointment and did not leave a voicemail. I have had lots of problems with physical mail but I have not gotten any bills in my physical mail for years because its 2025- and you have my email. The practice only added my email to my childs account and not mine I guess so they claimed they had no email on file. Regardless they told me my account was paid up when I left my appointment last. I had been paying 100% out of pocket due to reaching my maximum and they new that which is why I was paying out of pocket. Some times billing makes mistakes , I would assume in the range of a few dollars but this was 590$ they charged extra and then sent it to collections without even giving me a chance to pay it. When I saw it in collections I called and offered to pay them and they are rude acting like I was avoiding the bill which was not the case and I offered to come in and pay or even pay over the phone. They do not know how to cancel collections once they send it to collections and billing is some lady who works from home. As other reviews states Dr. Brown is no contact.

I just went to try to make an appointment in person -and the young girl in charge of talking to customers did not not look very interested in helping a new customers. She needs some training in customer services. Maybe today ( 8/12025 , 11:30 am ) she was just in a very bad mood .

Our family has been going to Hayfield Dental for nearly ten years. The staff is wonderful at keeping everyone's smiles healthy, regardless of the spaces in between. Kudos to Drs. Lee and Gill, dental hygienists and assistants, and receptionists in providing excellent customer service! Thank you and see you in six months!
