I just went to try to make an appointment in person -and the young girl in charge of talking to customers did not not look very interested in helping a new customers. She needs some training in customer services. Maybe today ( 8/12025 , 11:30 am ) she was just in a very bad mood .

Our family has been going to Hayfield Dental for nearly ten years. The staff is wonderful at keeping everyone's smiles healthy, regardless of the spaces in between. Kudos to Drs. Lee and Gill, dental hygienists and assistants, and receptionists in providing excellent customer service! Thank you and see you in six months!

I recently visited Hayfield Dental for a checkup and regular cleaning and had a very positive experience. The wait time was minimal, which I greatly appreciated. The receptionist, though fairly new, was nice and welcoming. My regular hygienist was training a new staff member, who was also friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit.

Lacking creativity and customer service. Drive 30 min to appt made months in advance and confirmed ahead of time, wait 17 minutes past appointment time, only to be told that the scheduled hygienist is out sick and I need to reschedule?? After taking off work for this appointment. I cannot believe the audacity not to bend over backwards to make the scheduled, routine appointment work. Five family members over 15 years, every 6 months plus 3 kids thru orthodontics and the staff felt there was absolutely no way to rectify other than to reschedule my 8am we-just-opened-our-doors appointment? Which I had already arrived at and had been waiting a quarter of an hour past the appointed time. Unreal. Apparently, business is too good.
