PAINFUL tooth

Epitome of customer service which is very difficult to find these days. First, a human answered the phone and was not only pleasant but listened to my problem, even with me being slightly grouchy due to chronic head pain and lack of sleep for 2-days. Then she and the doctor made arrangements for me to be seen on a Saturday which they usually do not do.
(When I called it was mid afternoon on Friday and my car was in shop and getting a ride would be difficult this late in day. She did offer to have me seen within the next hour on Friday). Anyway,doctor did what he could in a "pinch" to alleviate excruciating pain without me taking excessive ibuprofen or acetaminophen as I had been. He said then called me on a Sunday morning to make sure I was better (yes). He will next follow-up Monday/next week. THANK YOU ALL :)

First visit at Northwest Dental

My first dental visit was today at Northwest Dental. From my initial call through the end of my first visit, I found the staff impressive. Jamie at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Sophia, the hygienist, is pleasant, informative, and did a thorough cleaning. Dr. Weitzman clearly explained his findings after the exam which allowed me to confidently schedule my next appointment for a composite. I recommend Northwest Dental and am glad I was referred to Dr. Weitzman. Great first appointment!!

Quality every time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mistry for several years now in my search for a quality dentist who could help me with complex issues of my case. Extremely grateful to have found him. I travel a pretty long distance for his services and he has never disappointed me with the medical care he has provided me. He is knowledgeable, gentle, explains every step of the way and most important you can tell how deeply he cares about his patients. My family and I all see him and plan on continuing.

I had a tooth pulled by Doctor Mistry and wanted to leave a note of thanks for his care and dedication in not only pulling the tooth but he took the time to explain why with explicit instructions for after care.
