What a great place. Everyone cares. Dr. Britton and staff.
Front desk check-in.. E.R. is fun and great.
I live 3 hours away and everyone was good with this when making my appointment to be helpful.

Front girl very rude

Dr Guitierrez and her nurse were very nice. They need to do something about the girl up front, who is the first person you see. She just says here and gives you a cup. Doesn’t tell you where to go, where to put it, anything. She gripes if you do not stay back on the orange dot. She seems very put out if you ask any questions. Then when we left, she just threw an appointment card on the counter.

Compassionate and caring

I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know how happy I was with Lubbock Urology, Dr. Valabond, and the whole office staff. I had to have robotic bladder surgery to correct a prolapsed bladder and uterus. Dr. Valabond explained the procedure from start to finish, so I was prepared and knew what to expect. I can’t say I’d b do it again, but I sure am glad that they were there when I needed them. If you want doctors, nurses, and office staff who are professional and that worry about you and your care , Lubbock Urology is the best place to go.

After battling constant UTI's for several years, with no real effective treatment with my local physician, I made an appointment at Lubbock Urology.
They are professional, and compassionate beyond any clinic I have ever been to. They assured me that we would find a cure and it might take some time. I cannot say enough good things about them and for the first time in over 12 years, I feel physically good again, not just dragging through the days. THANK YOU to Dr. Brothers and your entire staff !!

Dr. Spor is a true professional in every aspect. Not only is he the best doctor I have had the experience to be treated by, but shows compassion to his patients and makes you feel like you are his main priority. Dr. Spor knows his profession and it shows. You can definitely tell he is the real deal. He knows how to communicate with people in a sincere manner.
