I went needing a tooth pulled, said insurance was good, took bad tooth, root called teeth on either side and bridged missing.
Year later had to get bridge cut and back tooth removed.
Now year later cap falls off, Rootcanaled tooth, and there’s a cavity that was covered.
INSURANCE was not covered
and I was billed $3,000 +.
Very Shady Business Practices
Please add my total up and Refund my money.
NOT HAPPY CAMPER

My experience from Lakeshore Family Dentistry has been exceptional. Everyone there is knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. The place is always bright, welcoming and I always feel comfortable when I’m there. The work I have had done on my teeth has always been of great quality. If I need to make an adjustment on my appointment, they are very accommodating. Love the place! Five stars!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Popelka’s since he took over the practice from Dr Bobsein. He’s the best technical dentist I’ve ever had & he’s a nice guy too. Also my hygienist Alexandra is excellent & very personable. I would highly recommend this practice.

This review is definitively a 5 star. It is a number of years now since I've had service provided by Dr. Popelka and what I can tell you is that his work is as strong today as it was 9 or more years ago when he did the work! He's such an amazing, talented and caring Dentist that I'm now ready to take a long distance trip just to be seen by him! I trust him that much and I know he's going to do his absolute best and then follow up on top of that! I feel so much anxiety because of the level of care that is necessary that the trip makes sense. Yes. He IS THAT GOOD!
