Luke Navarro, D.D.S. fully explains the process before & during the procedure, he listens, answers questions and is attentive. I have had two procedures which were done very well. Review for Kingstowne Dental Care

I recently had four tooth fillings at Kingstowne Dental Care, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. After the procedure, I was in severe pain and returned to request a painkiller. The front desk staff informed me that they do not accept walk-ins, and after some discussion, they mentioned that the doctor usually does not prescribe pain medication.

Despite my distress, the staff hesitated to contact the doctor, and I had to insist on speaking with him. When the doctor finally came out, he also refused to prescribe any painkillers. I tried taking Tylenol, but it didn’t help much. I don’t usually like taking medication, but the pain was unbearable.

In my previous experiences with other dentists, they were always willing to prescribe pain relief when necessary. I found it concerning that Dr. Gill was unwilling to do the same, especially given my situation.

If you need dental work done, I recommend considering another provider or being prepared to seek pain relief elsewhere, such as at an emergency hospital. Thankfully, I found some relief using Orajel, but overall, this experience was quite disappointing.

What a super office! Although they are a busy practice, they always take the time to give great, thorough service. I especially like Caroline and Dr. Walker. Highly recommended.

Great Dental office! I have been going here for a while and have been extremely happy with the services. Dr. Spitzer is great and his staff is friendly and welcoming. Iesha does a great job at the front and is always super pleasant to work with on scheduling and processing my insurance. Keep up the great work!

I have been going to the Kingstowne Dental Care for over a year and have experienced nothing but excellent Care and Compassion from both the ladies in the front, they are great and Dr Spitzer takes the time to explain. I will continue to visit this office for all dental cleanings and procedures. Thank You
