Wait, and wait, and wait....

This is twice in a row. I thought an 8:30 first appointment in the morning would be beneficial, in-and-out quickly, right? Not even close.....I was brought in for the standard eye pictures then put in the exam room only to wait over an hour, only to find out the Doctor had not even shown up yet!! First appointment at 8:30 (allegedly) but the Doctor does not show up for (over) another hour. Totally unacceptable.....I take time off work to come see the Doctor: she should at least have the courtesy to show up on time (marginally late) or let people know so they can re-schedue. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is the second time in a row I've spent 2+ hours at their office waiting to be seen. I rescheduled for next week.....I don't expect anything different.
