It was not conveyed to us that my child had cavities and we thought we were to “keep watching” a couple spots. I thought the next appointment was for sealants only and when we got there, I found out that my child was to be getting fillings. I wasn’t able to prepare him and felt a little blind sighted. Regarding the staff, the hygienist was just ok. The dentist was very very good. She was a knowledgeable, calming presence.
