Dr. Popelka and his staff are at the top of their trade. Always caring, prompt service. From experiences with dentists as a child, I avoided professional dental care for years and paid the price, economically and otherwise. Dr. Popelka fixed a lot of years of neglect in a caring, kind fashion. While I still do not enjoy going to the dentist, Dr Popelka and his staff do everything possible to minimize discomfort and mitigate my fear of the dentist. 5 Stars.

My family and I are fairly new patients to Lakeshore, having transferred to this office just over a year ago and we could not be happier with making this change. The staff has been OUTSTANDING. The ladies at the front desk are always so pleasant and welcoming- in person and over the phone. Our hygienist, Stephanie has been the absolute BEST. My 9 year old was scared of the dentist and would barely open her mouth when we first went there. Stephanie has made her feel so comfortable that she no longer cries when we go and she sits through a full cleaning. Thank you all for being so great!!

This dentist is NEGLIGENT! A few years ago, I paid over $1600 for a root canal and crown that he botched. The tooth got infected earlier this year and he couldn't save it. It had to be extracted. And just recently he talked me into a $1000 crown for a chipped tooth, and I went along with it because I trusted him. He ended up botching the crown build up. I had a root canal done today because of the pain and he soaked me for another $1559! These are his mistakes and he's too arrogant to own up to it and eat the cost. He tried telling me he could do a partial root canal, but it wouldn't be a good idea! This was his idea of "trying to work with me" I am going to report him to every agency I can think of! This guy is a joke

The staff here make going to the dentist feel less like a chore and more like catching up with old friends who happen to be obsessed with teeth.

My experience from Lakeshore Family Dentistry has been exceptional. Everyone there is knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. The place is always bright, welcoming and I always feel comfortable when I’m there. The work I have had done on my teeth has always been of great quality. If I need to make an adjustment on my appointment, they are very accommodating. Love the place! Five stars!
