Technician was very nice. However, the service provided was extremely limited.. I.was not even seen by Dr Dixon. Made me feel very unwanted. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Been patient here over 5 years..this was worse visit ever. No change in my insurance coverage was involved.

It is customary among dental offices to allow some staff like dental hygienists to see patients when the doctor is out of the office. That was the case with your appointment, and this would have gotten your approval when you made the appointment and would have been mentioned again when you confirmed the appointment the day before. You could have asked to see the doctor if he was present, or for him to call you at home, or you could have come in on another day when he’s in. You had options.

The entire staff in this office makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend their dental office to anyone who asks.
