This has been my 1st time here, since my Doctor has moved and I was having trouble finding a doctor just like her. Well I finally did, I decided to go to this practice and I'm glad I did. I had Ashmia Saif DO, she is awesome and she was caring and took the time with me and explained everything as we went along. I'm the type of person who likes when a Doctor takes their time with a patient and does not rush through the exam. Thank you for helping me and getting me on track with my exercising. As for the office staff the ladies were very polite and professional, and I thank you as well. I recommend this office to everyone.

Dr.Blumstein is the best! He is very knowledgable with genuine concern for his patients. He takes the time to listen no matter how busy he is and plan what’s the best treatment for you. Can’t help but compare to another rheuma i’ve seen before him who tried to push for meds without any exam or tests yet. The practice is staffed with courteous & professional people.

I have gone to RALI for a couple years now and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received.
The care I received from Dr Blumstein was exceptional. He took the time to understand my condition and provided targeted therapies that significantly improved my well-being. Dr Blumstein and her team have been incredibly friendly and helpful.

In my 60 years, I have been to many doctors. Hands down and without a doubt, Dr Blumstein is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is very kind and when you speak or have a question, he listens. Dr Blumstein then in a calming voice puts you at ease with his answer. You can tell with his demeanor he genuinely cares. There’s no mistaking that. Dr Blumstein gets the highest possible rating.

Dr Schuman is well-educated and experienced, truly caring for his patients. I was under his attentive care for nearly a year, and the improvement was amazing, restoring my full quality of life. The entire staff at RALI was always supportive, friendly and attentive, giving above and beyond care. I am very thankful for the accurate and prompt diagnosis. I always easily obtained the necessary appointments and the wait times were negligible. I warmly recommend this practice.

I recently saw Dr. Marinescu as a new patient. She was very attentive to all my concerns and answered all my questions about the tests she prescribed as well as my probable diagnostic. The RALI clinic staff were helpful and polite. Only downside was the time I had to spend on the phone booking the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Marinescu and RALI.

I have been going to the Port Jefferson Station location for several years now. Dr. Xu has overseen my care since the first day. She always greets me with a smile and is friendly. She inspects my feet and asks pertinent questions, but pays attention to me when I'm talking. She listens to my concerns and makes eye contact. She really cares about her patients, but she's also very quick and efficient. She inspects my feet while she asks me questions, and then no sooner has she finished talking with me, she types a mile a minute, and notified me the script would be at the pharmacy waiting for me! I did not feel rushed at all, but that she is hyper-focused to serving her patients.

Five stars for Dr. Xu! The practice is fortunate to have her, as am I.

Horrible place. It starts when the appointment is made. The receptionists over there kills the practice unfortunately. she threatens you with false past appointments you’ve missed and that they are doing you a favor this last time to be seen. Seriously? She is a disgrace and is clearly in the wrong field. Incapable of speaking like a decent human. Shame on the practice that they continue having this one obnoxious creature to answer and make phone calls out who threatens people like she’s doing us a favor. Without us.. there would be no practice.

The first associated that spoke to me was very kind and tired to get me an earlier appointment. I unfortunately, had to cancel it because my boss won't let me leave ontime for the appointment. I called 5/31/24 2:13PM to schedule a new appointment and second receptionist insisted this was my third cancellation and I was not allowed to schedule appointments. After arguing about 5 minutes with her to explain that this was incorrect. I felt discussed by the situation and they didn't really cared about my well being. I decided to no longer proceed with the appointment as a new patient if this is the kind of treatment I would be subjected to and focus my efforts on writing this review. Train your receptionist to be more like the first person I spoke with and I would suggest firing the second receptionist I spoke with. I'm submitting this anonymous because I simply can't trust you will protect my information if you don't have any concern for patient wellness.

I can’t express enough, thanks to Dr. Torres for diagnosing me so quickly. I was in excruciating pain for a whole month and could barely walk. He spent lots of time listening to me, my symptoms and reading through all of my blood work and MRIs that I had done prior to my visit.
Hi, highly recommend Dr. Torres and this practice. They have a wonderful reputation. Thank you again.

I was shocked to see no reviews for Dr. Xu so wanted to leave one! I've been seeing Dr. Xu for quite a while now and I absolutely adore her. She is so attentive when you're speaking to her. She is never multitasking -- Dr. Xu is always looking directly at you and really hears what you're saying. I never feel rushed when I'm in to see her and I truly believe she cares about me and my health journey. Cannot recommend her enough.

He takes the time to know my history, do the exam, takes time to explain everything & give words of encouragement that eased my fears. He even took the time right there to coordinate with my other doctor. Highly recommended!!!

When you meet a doctor for the first time you instantly know whether or not you will like him or her. With Dr. MacDougall it was extreme "like" at first sight! She was patient, knowledgeable and so sweet that I forgot that I was with a doctor - and began telling her a story about a long-ago happening...and she listened intently! I would recommend her just because of her lovely likeability. Her knowledgeability will be decided - along with my test results and how they are handled.

I have been seeing Dr Hamburger for well over 30 years. He has helped me tremendously with my RA. He listens and then offers options on what we can do together to help me maintain a full and active life. If not for DR hamburger diagnosing me early on I know I would not be where I am today keeping my RA under control.

I have been seeing Dr. Rumore for 13 years now. From the start he has been compassionate, knowledgeable and allows me to be active in my care plan. The office staff is amazing and the infusion staff are life savers. With multiple autoimmune conditions, this practice took me from sleeping 18+ hours a day, spending the other 6 on the couch to having a life worth living.

I've been seeing Dr. Schulman for several years and am very happy with him. However, you can wait months to get a call back from the office to schedule an appointment. When you finally get into the office, you have to plan on being there for hours. The staff is very pleasant, but I will probably seek another practice if I don't get an appointment soon. The only reason for the 4 stars is Dr. Schulman, otherwise, I would give negative stars if that were an option.

I can not say enough about this Dr, Talk about someone being on top of things. Vey knowledgeable! Listens to every word you have to say, answers every question,, all drs, should learn from her. You might have wait a little bit If she is with a patient ahead of you,, because she is giving them her attention, just like she does with you! So glad I found her! She is getting me back on the road to recovery..

I visited Dr. Mccaffrey's office November 2, 2020 for my initial visit. I was met by the friendly office staff who made me feel comfortable immediately. I had a very short wait(5 minutes) and was then brought into an exam room where a very friendly nurse took my vitals. She advised that the doctor would be in shortly. Within two minutes I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. McCaffrey who was very kind and caring. He spent time with me explaining treatment options and medications. After my exam I was directed to the blood lab where a great nurse drew my blood quickly and painlessly. At checkout I was again greeted by genuinely nice staff. I had a very pleasant first visit to the office and look forward to returning for my next appointment.

This review is several decades in the making. I was a young 20 yr old suffering with all symptoms of Lupus with kidney failure. In the hospital Dr. Schulman worked for several weeks to help me survive. They came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan I was getting better! Dr. Schulman followed me though years until I moved upstate. If not for the the group of physicians especially Dr. Schulman I wouldnt have become a Nurse and practiced for 25 years! Or able to celebrate my 50th birthday this month. I can’t say enough...thank you god bless.
