I've not been to the dentist in a lot of years (too many!) after some bad experiences with other dentists. I finally broke down and made an appointment with Dr. Muller's office due to some pain with three teeth that had previously had root canals. Dr. Muller identified the issue and immediately sent me to a specialist. After three root canals and more from the specialist I went back to Dr. Muller to complete the work. Thanks to his referral and additional work I am pain free for the first time in many years.
I know some may see that I was referred out as a negative. But my original root canals were done by dentists who do not specialize in endodontics, thus causing me major issues. I so appreciate that Dr. Muller's ego isn't so big that he would rather do sub-par procedures and instead wanted me to get this done right.
My last visit to complete this ordeal was to see Dr. Muller to seal the teeth. He was very understanding of my fears and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Muller and all the staff are outstanding. Very caring and competent.
The first time my husband had an appointment at this office he came home and said "THIS is our dentist!" And he's right! I've already got my next cleaning scheduled.
