Today was my first visit since Covid-19 creeped into our lives. If anyone was going to provide a safe and compliant environment for their patients I was confident it would be Drs. Williams and Dr. Tony! I was not disappointed! Thanks to the entire staff for all the extra and challenging work it takes. And a special shout out to Joe...you are the best😊

Every single team member at Williams & Johnson gets a 10/10 review from me - every time! I value customer service so much as kindness is always free - and this team always delivers. Never once have I had a negative experience here in all the years we've been patients. They've taken care of my son's teeth since he was 3 yrs. old and he's always treated wonderfully. You can tell their staff has great chemistry and communication and I cannot recommend them enough!

My first visit was great. The front staff greeted me and made me feel like they were genuinely happy I was there. The assistant to the doctor was kind and showed concern for my comfort throughout the process of taking my X-rays. The doctor put my X-rays on the screen and explained what he was seeing in my mouth. (No doctor has ever done that for me.) The hygienist was thorough and gentle. I made my 6 months appointment and plan to continue to use this office for my dental work as long as I can. Thankyou for making my appointment so comfortable.

I called the office first thing on a Monday morning with a dental problem --and was in the chair by 2pm. Personnel were wonderful and Dr. George was so attentive and kind and knowledgeable. He set into motion a plan of care that was very encouraging. This has been the consistent standard of operation over the years I have gone there without exception. I'm 32 and this is the first time I've felt both welcome and unjudged at a dentist's office. Not only is everyone kind and funny but they are good at their jobs. They not only welcomed questions but were kind about the answers. I could tell just how much my comfort, comprehension, and health were the most important things for them. It made a world of difference in my experience. I wish I'd known about them sooner!

I arrived a little but had a short wait. Office greeted me when I arrived. Nurse came and got me and welcomed me and Dr Williams was ready for me , hung up my coat and asked how I had been. He is always friendly and interested in his patients. I was taken care of immediately, just a quick repair. Advised to contact office if I had any problems. Office person advised me of insurance procedures. All done and a great visit!

While I am originally from Ohio, I have lived multiple places over the last few decades; but my wife and I would still travel back to use this specific dental office. Williams and Johnson Family dental is so professional, I will continue to use them no matter where I live. This practice has integrity, professionalism, and is extremely personable. They do NOT recommend unneeded procedures to pad their bottom line. Use them once and I’m sure you will see my I personally recommend them so highly.. Practices such as this just don’t seem to exist any more, and I feel lucky to have found them.

I had an emergency situation and they took me in as a new patient within 24hrs. The office was clean and a nice comfortable atmosphere. The staff was super nice and Dr. Tony was awesome, very thorough , fixed the problem and at 7am in the morning, easy on the eyes, I mean who wants “hard to look at” hovering over you with a drill that early in the morning 🤣, I definitely would recommend them and they get 5 stars.

Dr. Williams was amazing for my 6 year old. He noticed an infection for a tooth that had a bad filling (from a prior procedure from another dentist office). He offered multiple ways to correct it that allowed us parents to have a choice, and with his expertise was able to do it in house. He even beat his estimate with timing to correct the tooth. Amazing service from him and his staff. Highly recommend him and the dental practice.

Can’t say enough about Tony Johnson’s service during this holiday time. I had a piece of tooth break off one evening during the holiday week. The next morning I called the office to find it was closed. The phone message gave the personal phone numbers. I called Tony during his holiday time off. He met me, and fixed the tooth, before noon! Process was extremely smooth using the best technology has to offer. From the scanning wand (no goopy trays for teeth molds!) and the software that builds and saves your image - to the 3D printing process to create your mouth guard - just wowed on how easy it was AND much more economical then the old impression style mouth guard. Dr. Williams stays on the cutting edge of technology and services for his patients. Minimal adjustments were need. Fits perfectly, very easy to get in and out. I have been working with Dr. George Williams at Williams & Johnson for over a year. There are two offices, and while very different because of the difference in size, both are run efficiently and ALL the staff are friendly and competent.

The Munson office is larger with more staff and I particularly like the two dental assistants that work with Dr. George and me, Lindsey and Alisa (Red). They are very knowledgeable and always concerned about my comfort, offering water when I get there, making sure my face in clean when I have impressions,
; ) and other extra services!

Dr George is wonderful, highly competent, and very patient. (I have had some difficult / problematic teeth problems.) He spends as much time with me as needed and is always pleasant. He also works me into his schedule as needed. He is a good, kind person.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and dentists at Williams and Johnson, at both offices. You cannot go wrong with either dentist or office. I feel fortunate to have "found" them.

Kristen was efficient in sending out reminder notices and in answering an important medication issue. in person she was her cordial self.

Susie was timely, cordial, and efficient as my hygienist, too. Quickly taking x-rays, she quickly moved to cleaning my teeth. She is just, simply, a pleasant person.

Dr Tony was friendly and chatty as he looked at my clean teeth and briefly examined my gums and mouth area.

I would highly recommend Williams and Johnson Family dental! As usual, I had a very thorough cleaning and detailed check up. I came in with concerns about a particular tooth, and the hygienist, Tracey, and Dr. Tony thoroughly explored my area of concern. They understood my anxiety since I had already cracked two teeth due to Clenching my jaw at night from stress. I am happy to say that Dr. Tony was able to explain in detail what was going on with my particular tooth and fortunately my tooth was not cracked! This dental practice is awesome!

I brought my 5 year old daughter to Dr.Williams after hearing amazing things in the community. We started off with the receptionist who was very kind and knowledgable. Then we were brought back to Joe for a cleaning (he was GREAT!) He joked and played with my daughter, even giving her stuffed animals a cleaning and X-rays! Then came in Dr.Williams for the exam. Extensive dental work was needed after an accident lead my daughter to 4 broken molars. Dr.Williams pulled me aside and gracefully explained to me the process in thorough detail. He was more than willing to answer any questions. The entire experience from start to finish changed my outlook on pediatric dentistry, as we had a poor experience with another dental facility in the past.

Williams and Johnson offer not only excellent care but also are some of the nicest people in the dental field. Their clear explanations of procedures and options put those in their care at ease. My current dentist had just retired, and I cracked part of a filling out of my tooth. I called them as they were referred by my PCP. They had an appointment for me the next day. Did the new patient paperwork, and they repaired the partially missing filling. Everyone was polite, and very efficient. They are now my dentist of record.

Transfer of my dental care to Dr. Tony has been a comfortable experience. He is very thorough and pleasant. After 46 years with the same dentist, I feel this transition is without what I call a skip. My 10 year old son just had four teeth extracted and I could not say enough positive things about the experience. Dr. Tony thoroughly explained every step of the process, which extremely helped ease my son's nerves. He and the dental assistant were so very patient and soft spoken. This is the BEST dental practice in Ohio. Hands down--W&JFD is amazing.

The front desk is happy, caring, friendly, and they go out of their way to put a patient at ease. The dental techicans make you feel you are at home, relaxed, and it makes the appointment a pleasure. Their skill and experience is extensive and they do their job effciently always with the patient's well-being in mind.

Dr. George and Dr. Tony are both at the top of their field. I have had appointments with both Drs; and, when they do a job--IT LASTS, ITS FIXED and ITS BEAUTIFUL. Both Dr. George and Dr. Tony go out of their way to eliminate pain from the appointment. I trust them 100%. They have a way with patients that make any visit stress-free. They are honest and have their patient's best interest at heart.

I NEVER feel like I am just another patient or chart at W&JFD. Every person in the office stops in to say, "Hi" and asks "How are you doing?" and it is one of many amazing qualities that make this dental practice truely special. I enjoy going to the dentist.

With my line of work, I relocate to different states more often than I like. Because I really liked my dentist in Cincinnati, I would travel back and forth for cleanings and other dental needs. In 2020, I had a freak accident and broke my front tooth biting in to an apple. There was no way I could get away from work to get my tooth repaired so I called around to find a dentist in Belden Village where I live and work. After numerous calls, I found Williams & Johnson Family Dental that could take me same day. God was looking out for me this day. I visited the office and everyone was very friendly. The dentist quickly repaired my tooth and I went back to work. Words cannot explain how amazing this place is. I recommend this location to EVERYONE even on Facebook. This is truly the best dentist office that I have ever been to. Williams & Johnson has set the bar high. That’s saying a lot because my last dentist office in Cincinnati I had to pay $1k (non refundable) to even become a patient. The dentist office was high end, expensive but very good. Williams & Johnson got them beat and easier on my wallet.

Dr. Tony and his team did a nice job facilitating me through the admin processes and getting me promptly into the chair. Needed x-rays were completed in the room and Dr. Tony examined my chipped tooth soo thereafter.

He provided me options and we agreed to a go-forward plan and to stay in touch in case anything changes.

This was my first visit and it went very well. Reception was friendly and promptly welcomed me. Ann (?) did a nice job getting me situated in the room and started the process with x-rays and review of my previous evaluations. Finally, Dr. Tony quickly assessed my chipped tooth and recommended we just watch it. He then recommended the comp exam so it would save me a trip in which was great.

For anyone like myself who needs Novocaine just to make an appointment can finally take comfort in knowing there truly is a dental practice who fully takes their patient's fear and anxiety into account during treatment. As always the BEST! From the moment you walk in I am always greeted, my kids feel welcome and wanted. The staff if so friendly and genuine you feel like FAMILY! Always polite and ask if something is comfortable even offer glasses to put on if the light is too bright while.in the chair. I found this dentist office 3 years ago when we moved here and it is the BEST place 😍 I have ever come too. My mother was a dental hygienist too so the competition is a little steep! If you are looking for a dentist COME TO HERE!

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been with, for so many reasons. Every employee that I have met is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always prompt with their appointment times. The quality of their services stands out as well, as my teeth have never felt cleaner or healthier! I never -ever would leave a bad review on this dentist office because I can never say enough good things about ALL of them(that’s including the girls at the desk that greet u right away and get u signed in!) I have been going there for years since my children were young and I’ve never had a problem with anyone of them and they treat my family like it’s their own family which is awesome as hell!!!! They all go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable and that you’re satisfied!! Trust me if you don’t have a dentist office this is the one you want to get into!! They rock!!! They are always listening attentively when you talk to them or if you have a problem!! Keep up the good work guy!! Love u all!!!

I have been with Dr. Williams (senior) for over 25 years. When you walk in, everyone is so inviting. They really make an effort. They are very professional and also kind. I am of the age that MY Dr. Williams (senior, hahaha) is starting to cut back on his hours and May retire sometime soon. I saw his son, (young) Dr. Williams! I have every confidence in the (young) Dr. Williams. I believe I’ll be very happy no matter which Dr. Williams I see!

I recently had a problem with a tooth breakage over the weekend - not an emergency but something that need to be inspected and repaired. I did not have an appointment but was able to get in first thing Monday morning - a temporary repair was made and was able to schedule another visit to fix the problem. I have been a patient of Williams Dental for over 25 years. It is great to see this type of service and respect for prior customers from a service business. There are too many examples of lack of response from service companies in current environment to just simply provide basic service not to mention outstanding service.

I cannot give enough compliments to this practitioner. The dentists as well as dental hygienists are the most professional, personable, caring individuals I have ever met. There is not one person working in the office that doesn't have a smile on their face. When I'm there , they make me feel as if I am the only priority. My son has been going there since he was 5 yrs old, and he likes them so much that he actually enjoys going to the dentist, and he is now 13... Also, they are careful to only refer you to practices that share their same values, as was the case when my son needed braces. Again, the name they have made for themselves is second to none and there's a reason for that, If I ever have to move from the area they will be sadly missed.

Dr. Williams and staff were so incredibly wonderful during a stressful situation.
My son broke his tooth in the late afternoon, the day before the first day of school. Tammy (secretary) quickly “squeezed him in” and Dr. Williams and the girls were so great to him. Dr. Williams (Jr.) did an exceptional job.
